Payment methods (terms and conditions)

You can pay in one of the following three ways:

How to book and pay

Please send us your preferred date(s) and we will confirm your booking by email. All tours must be booked in advance by email.

We also advise booking early for Vietnam's peak tourist months: November to March and July to August.

A 30% deposit is required, and we must receive it at least four weeks before the date of your trip. We will send you our bank account details so that you can transfer the funds. The bank transfer fee is your responsibility.

If you wish to pay by Visa or Mastercard, we will send you documents explaining the procedure. We will confirm your booking once we receive your payment. You will pay the balance directly at our Vietcombank, in cash or by credit card.

Canceling a booking

Cancellations made more than 21 days before departure: penalty of 25% of the total amount for the services booked.
Cancellations made between 21 and 7 days before departure: penalty of 50% of the total amount for the services booked.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before departure, or a no-show on a guaranteed booking: penalty of 100% of the total amount for the services booked.

Travel insurance

We recommend that all travelers take out travel insurance before departure. Your travel insurance must cover personal accident, medical expenses, emergency repatriation and personal liability. It should also cover cancellation of your tour or holiday, loss of luggage and personal belongings, 24-hour emergency assistance, and medical cover for any activities and sports you may take part in.

How to send money worldwide

Western Union money transfer

Money transfer made easy

Western Union makes it easy for anyone to send or receive money worldwide. No credit card, bank account or membership is needed.

1. Simply take your money to any Western Union agent and fill in a short form.

2. Pay a service fee.

3. Get a receipt with a Money Transfer Control Number (MTCN).

4. Send the number to your receiver by email.

5. Your receiver can go to any Western Union agent and, on showing proper identification, will be paid immediately.
